Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Product Roadmap: Define and refine product requirements in alignment with the overall product vision and roadmap, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of key features and enhancements.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to maintain alignment, manage priorities, and oversee the product backlog while adhering to Altus Group’s product management processes.
- Prioritize Customer Needs: Engage in user research and gather customer feedback to enhance user experience, address pain points, and drive meaningful product improvements.
- Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Track key analytics and performance metrics to make informed, data-driven recommendations that optimize product outcomes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and iterate on features to ensure ongoing product enhancements.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Azure DevOps and Trello.
