What You’ll Do
As a Senior Algorithm Manager, you will lead the research, design, development, and implementation of advanced algorithmic solutions, ensuring they align with project budgets and timelines. You will guide your team in constructing and overseeing work plans, driving innovation and efficiency in algorithm development.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit a deep understanding of computer vision and deep learning algorithms for image analysis, pattern recognition, metrology, and object detection.
- Prototype algorithmic approaches to address complex challenges and integrate new solutions into products.
- Optimize algorithms to enhance efficiency, minimize computational costs, and influence hardware requirements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong expertise in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning technologies.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Academic background in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven experience in team management, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources effectively.
