Location: Avonmouth – Hybrid (3 Days On-Site)

Key Responsibilities of an IT Support Analyst

Technical Support & Incident Management

  • Log, track, and resolve IT issues & service requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, & network issues
  • Identify & escalate complex IT problems to senior teams

IT Systems & Cloud Technology Management

  • Support Office 365, Active Directory & Cloud-based services
  • Ensure end-user security, including Advanced Threat Protection
  • Manage hardware lifecycle, including reimaging & troubleshooting

Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Contribute to IT knowledge base & support documentation
  • Assist in continuous IT improvement initiatives & user training
  • Generate reports for IT performance metrics & KPIs

Essential Skills & Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, MacOS & Active Directory
  • Experience managing Office 365, SharePoint, & Exchange Online
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently & escalate issues when needed

Preferred Skills:
 Knowledge of Cloud Security & Cybersecurity best practices
 Experience supporting Microsoft Teams & collaboration tools
 Passion for helping users & improving IT processes
