Are you an experienced IT Technician with a passion for system administration, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity? We’re looking for an IT Technician to support our IT infrastructure, manage system maintenance, and assist employees with technical issues. This role offers hands-on experience with O365, Azure, and Intune, along with opportunities to work on cybersecurity initiatives and digital transformation projects.
Location: Hybrid – London City
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities of an IT Technician
IT System Administration & Maintenance
- Manage O365, Azure, Intune & PowerApps
- Enforce cybersecurity policies, including MFA implementation
- Support hardware setup, software troubleshooting & network maintenance
Technical Support & Digital Transformation
- Assist with SharePoint & Dynamics system support
- Collaborate with MSP providers to resolve IT issues efficiently
- Provide training & guidance on IT best practices
Essential Skills & Experience
Required Skills for Success
- Strong knowledge of O365, Azure & Intune
- Experience with firewall, network, & system administration
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices & compliance
- Ability to troubleshoot software & hardware issues
- Strong communication & project management skills
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSRS & Python
Experience in system automation & IT security
