About the Role
As the Clinic Manager for Primary Care, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of both staff and patients every day. By delivering exceptional care and providing strong leadership, you will contribute to a better quality of life for everyone involved. In this role, you will collaborate with therapists, clinical support staff, and office teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care at an affordable cost.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or a reciprocal state
- Two (2) years of nursing experience in an outpatient setting
- One (1) year of nursing supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
- One (1) year of post-graduate nursing experience in a clinical hospital setting
- Unrestricted nursing license and certification in the State of Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with minimum auto liability insurance
- Verification of employment eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
