Truck Driver – Class A CDL
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A)
- Maintain a safe driving record and history
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of hire
- Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positive results or refusals in the last three years
- Have a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-sponsored DOT physical
- Available for a flexible schedule of up to 12-14 hours per day, including day, night, and weekend shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating a forklift
About the Truck Driver Role
Compensation & Benefits:
- Home daily
- Hourly pay: $29.21 – $36.03 (compensation follows an annual step progression and may vary based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples
- Deliver outstanding customer service, including identifying potential sales leads
- Load and unload freight efficiently
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move items of varying weights (frequently up to 50 lbs., occasionally over 75 lbs.)
- Maneuver and position a converter dolly (average weight/pull force of 128 lbs.)
- Enter and exit the truck cab/trailer safely
- Sit for extended periods while operating a truck or forklift
- Stand and walk on different surfaces, including uneven or slippery terrain
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Perform physical movements such as reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling
- Operate a tractor-trailer for up to 11 consecutive hours, transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials safety.
