  • Position Overview

    The primary objective of this role is to serve as the lead coordinator for all client events, seminars, and workshops. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, attendee engagement, marketing coordination, and event execution. The role also involves managing the event calendar, tracking effectiveness, and fostering relationships with clients and prospects.

    This individual will be responsible for seamlessly executing events, enhancing client engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and prospects.


    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 2+ years of event planning experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) with the ability to quickly learn new software

    • Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events
    • High level of organization and work ethic
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on event strategies
    • Act as a liaison with vendors to enhance client experiences
    • Conduct check-in calls with concierge clients to strengthen relationships
    • Manage event budgets effectively
    • Confirm logistics for upcoming events and seminars
    • Maintain an up-to-date database/CRM by inputting prospects and tracking interactions
    • Oversee event scheduling and calendar management
    • Document client referrals and follow-ups
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute all client events, seminars, and follow-ups
    • Assist with the implementation of new marketing initiatives
    • Participate in team meetings to review marketing strategies
    • Organize the event check-in process and other logistics
    • Handle event setup, teardown, and execution
    • Call all event attendees the day before to confirm attendance
