Senior US Tax Manager – Houston, TX
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior US Tax Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee quarterly and annual U.S. tax provisions and worldwide consolidation processes (ASC 740). You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant tax reporting, while also providing strategic tax guidance to internal stakeholders. This role offers a significant opportunity for leadership and career growth, supporting the company’s expansion in the oilfield services industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or advanced degree such as MST, J.D. preferred).
- 10+ years of tax experience, specializing in U.S. corporate tax provisions (ASC 740), compliance, and reporting.
- Industry experience in oilfield services or energy is a plus.
- Strong technical expertise in U.S. tax laws, including income tax, state tax, and tax accounting (ASC 740).
- Proven ability to manage complex tax provision and consolidation processes for multinational companies.
- Experience with tax software (e.g., OneSource, Corptax) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
