Are you an experienced Groundsman / Labourer / Digger Driver looking for a full-time, self-employed role with great pay? We are seeking a hardworking and skilled professional to join our team in Erdington, North Birmingham, working across the West Midlands. If you have at least two years of experience in the building trade, we want to hear from you!
This role offers £14+ per hour (depending on experience), a 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), and optional overtime.

Key Responsibilities of a Groundsman / Labourer / Digger Driver
- Perform general building work and property maintenance
- Operate excavators and other site machinery
- Assist with groundworks, labouring, and site preparation
- Work across NHS Trusts, local councils, schools, and residential projects
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the building trade
- Full UK driving license (own transport required)
- CPCS card for excavator operation (preferred)
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
