Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a warm and friendly manner when guests request vehicle retrieval, ensuring all necessary details are collected for a seamless service.
  • Greet guests warmly upon their arrival to retrieve parked vehicles, process parking payments accurately, and ensure proper posting of transactions.
  • Handle all cash receipts and deposits in accordance with established procedures.
  • Direct valet attendants to retrieve vehicles efficiently while maintaining strict control over parked car keys.
  • Complete various reports related to claim tickets and payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and professionalism in all guest interactions, accommodating special requests whenever possible and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, and in-house events.
  • Provide support to valet attendants by parking vehicles when necessary.
  • Serve as the overnight relief for the primary overnight cashier, requiring availability for overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a luxury hospitality setting as a Valet Parking Attendant.
  • A valid California Driver’s License.
