About the Role

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, curating exquisite European dishes while leading a skilled culinary team. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact at a prestigious restaurant, shaping the future of European dining in Miami.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of chefs, ensuring the consistent execution of authentic Mediterranean cuisine with a modern touch.
  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory control, procurement, and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Design innovative and dynamic Mediterranean menus that highlight the region’s rich and diverse flavors.
  • Oversee staff performance, providing training and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Maintain impeccable quality control, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain the highest industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Chef or Group Executive Chef in a high-end European, fine-dining, or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing culinary team.
  • Extensive knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, with expertise in both traditional techniques and contemporary adaptations.
  • A creative visionary who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Proficiency in kitchen management, staff coordination, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Ability to craft innovative, seasonal menus that showcase the authentic essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
