Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Evaluation: Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records in Raintree, documenting progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies to support long-term recovery.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continuously assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and clinical observations.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
