Your Responsibilities as IT First Level Support / Help Desk (m/w/d)

  • Receive, prioritize, and resolve IT support requests in the first-level support.
  • Provide remote assistance for IT-related issues and technical troubleshooting.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Manage user access and permissions across company applications (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office, VPN).
  • Install and configure client systems, including laptops and IP phones.
  • Maintain IT inventory and document IT procedures.
  • Support IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and security systems.

Your Profile – What We’re Looking For

  • Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems management) or similar qualification.
  • Experience in IT support or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, virtualization (Hyper-V), and Windows Server 2022.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network security.
  • Additional skills in MS SQL, Linux, 3CX, and firewall administration are a plus.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and service-focused mindset.
  • Fluent German (B2+) and basic English skills.
