Job Responsibilities

Perform electrical repairs and maintenance on industrial and mining equipment.
Install, adjust, and maintain electrical systems, gauges, and instruments.
Troubleshoot, assess, and coordinate electrical requirements, repairs, and modifications.
Ensure all equipment repairs and maintenance meet manufacturer standards.
Take on additional tasks as needed or assigned.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Comply with all CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA safety regulations at all times.
Wear appropriate safety gear while on plant grounds.
Consistently meet or exceed company safety standards.
Carry out other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
At least 3 years of experience in aggregates, cement, or heavy industrial operations is preferred.
Knowledge or experience with power distribution systems up to 4,160 volts.
Experience with programmable logic controllers and digital drives.
High school diploma required; an associate’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Bilingual abilities are an advantage.
