Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies to drive membership growth and revenue.
- Maintain and enhance the club’s brand identity, ensuring all communications reflect its core values.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and retain members.
- Manage Google Ad Campaigns, analyze performance data, and refine strategies for increased visibility.
- Support event management efforts, including collateral creation, videography, and photography coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with club members, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Develop and execute earned media strategies, maintaining media lists and securing press coverage.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or private club industries.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and brand management expertise.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Skilled in marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and budget management.
- Experience in event promotion, community engagement, and media relations.
- Passion for enhancing member experience and driving engagement.
