  • About the Opportunity

    The Wedding Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring seamless wedding events, welcoming large groups upon arrival, and contributing to an unforgettable guest experience. Success in this role is measured by guest satisfaction, management evaluations, and peer feedback.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate front-of-house restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    • Food & Beverage Quality: Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and guest preferences.
    • Staff Training & Development: Train team members to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate transaction records, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Operational Improvements: Work with management to develop strategies to enhance performance and profitability.
    • Event Coordination:
      • Review and communicate event details in advance, confirming arrangements with the point of contact (POC).
      • Arrive early to oversee vendor arrivals and event setup.
      • Coordinate with key event leaders, including the DJ, Captain, Chef, and Restaurant Manager, to ensure smooth execution of key moments (ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, etc.).
      • Monitor guest satisfaction and oversee service, ensuring the bride and groom’s needs are met throughout the event.
      • Assist with post-event breakdown, return of décor, and provide feedback to management.
    • Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum one (1) year of prior guest service experience.
    • Skills & Abilities:
      • Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
      • Effective listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
      • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
    • Availability: Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and major holidays as required.
