What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with studio lighting, professional DSLR cameras, and high-quality microphones to capture compelling footage.
  • Film in varied locations, including public spaces and a compact studio/office setting.
  • Manage equipment transportation, setup, and teardown for shoots.
  • Edit video content to produce a polished, visually engaging final product.
  • Create eye-catching product photography, using Lightroom & Photoshop for final edits.
  • Develop video content for a range of purposes, including:
    • Product reviews
    • Launches & promotional campaigns
    • Vlogs & social media short clips
    • Other branded content
  • Participate in off-site productions and various errands outside the office.
  • Travel up to 25% for shoots and projects.
  • Maintain a strong eye for cinematography, product shooting, and editing, always striving to enhance quality.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, visual styles, and editing techniques.
  • Work independently, managing all aspects of video production from pre-production to final delivery.
  • Be physically capable of handling and operating camera and audio equipment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining top performance.
  • Adapt to the entrepreneurial nature of building a growing business.
  • Apply digital workflows, archiving techniques, and digital asset management.
  • Communicate effectively in one-on-one and team settings.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in video production (4+ years preferred).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in film production or related field preferred).
