TikTok Content Creator
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging, creative, and on-brand TikTok videos that align with the company’s marketing strategy and resonate with the target audience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, challenges, viral content, and platform features to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute TikTok marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active TikTok community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations.
- Performance Analytics: Track and evaluate TikTok campaign performance using analytics tools, leveraging insights to refine content strategies and maximize engagement.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Align TikTok strategies with other social media platforms and marketing initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing TikTok campaigns (both organic and paid)
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, music, challenges, and algorithms

- Proficiency in TikTok analytics and social media management tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in social media (preferably in e-commerce)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with social networking and analytics tools
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- U.S. work authorization required
