Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Registrar

  • Maintain and manage student records and databases
  • Assist students with schedules, course registration, and academic inquiries
  • Collect and report student grades, process surveys, and manage course evaluations
  • Issue diplomas, transcripts, and other academic documents
  • Provide administrative support to the Registrar and ensure compliance with policies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to students, faculty, and staff

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred, but not required)
  • Fluent in Greek and English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in student or customer-facing roles; academic experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment
