About the Job
The Field Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role oversees daily operations, enforces safety regulations, and collaborates with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure all tasks are executed according to project plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges or conflicts as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
