Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Three to five years of supervisory experience in a continuous-operation industrial setting.
Availability to work after hours, on weekends, and during holidays as needed.
Strong interpersonal, training, and coaching skills to promote teamwork and collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and Word.
Demonstrated dedication to achieving both personal and organizational goals.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders.
