Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update essential HR documents, including employee handbooks and job descriptions, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters, such as FMLA, disability, and other leave-related situations, while ensuring proper documentation of disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee daily HR operations and employee relations.
  • Offer leadership and support to both corporate and field HR teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal labor laws.
  • Conduct research and contribute to special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle all HR matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
