Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional data science projects to analyze and predict user behavior on both B2B and B2C levels.
- Optimize our platform by implementing advanced analytics and machine learning models.
- Develop, deploy, and integrate production-ready AI models into backend and frontend systems.
- Design A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Build data tools that empower product managers with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align data science initiatives with company objectives.
What You Bring
- Degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Data Scientist (f/m/d) or in a similar analytical role.
- Expertise in SQL for handling large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and AI model development.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS, dbt, Airflow, Flask/FastAPI, MLFlow, or Docker is a plus.
