Keys responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design and implement advanced analytics solutions that address key challenges faced by healthcare providers and payers.
  • Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets, including claims, contracts, and operational data, to uncover actionable insights.
  • Design and develop interactive, visually compelling dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings.
  • Build predictive models and apply statistical techniques to forecast trends, optimize processes, and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Integrate cognitive and generative AI models into data workflows to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Automate data collection, cleansing, and transformation processes to enable real-time, scalable analytics and insights.
  • Continuously monitor and validate data and analytics models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Present complex insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Qualification

  • You bring over 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or SaaS sectors.
  • You possess strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets efficiently.
  • You have hands-on experience with programming languages used for data analysis and machine learning.
  • You are well-versed in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and a variety of data science methodologies and tools.
  • You are familiar with AI technologies, including cognitive and generative AI, and understand how to integrate them into business workflows.
  • You have expertise in using data visualization tools to convey insights effectively.
  • You are a strategic problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to present insights clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
