Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The role involves thoroughly understanding end-user needs, defining product features, and coordinating cross-functional team efforts to ensure high-quality standards, timely project delivery, and alignment with business objectives. This includes gathering and documenting requirements for application features and conducting competitive analyses to maintain product competitiveness and relevance, which accounts for approximately 70% of the role. Additionally, the position involves developing strategic long-term product plans, such as roadmaps, by collaborating with various stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, clients, prospects, operations, and legal teams, representing about 20% of the responsibilities. The remaining 10% is dedicated to monitoring product performance, analyzing utilization metrics, and identifying emerging trends to inform product enhancements and strategic decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. They should also possess at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within an Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or comparable software application development or project management environment.
