Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients on-site in preparing for their telehealth appointments with remote healthcare providers.
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients and providers during virtual consultations, ensuring an optimal patient experience.
- Perform essential administrative duties, including accurate EHR documentation and encounter entry.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and facility staff to enhance the quality of patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical Assistant (MA) with a minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working in skilled nursing facilities and providing support during telehealth visits.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- BLS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
