Keys Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at Procare HR, you will be the face of our brand in the marketplace, playing a pivotal role in generating a steady pipeline of engaged buyers for our comprehensive suite of outsourced HR services. These services include payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance, HR technology, recruitment, and labor management solutions.

You will achieve this by attending industry events, leveraging your existing network and established relationships, and connecting with key industry influencers, such as industry associations and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will excel at managing the entire sales cycle, from sourcing new opportunities and engaging with senior decision-makers in the senior living industry to collaborating with Procare HR’s experts to close deals successfully.

Qualification

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience selling products or services as a vendor in the senior living market (10 years preferred).
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally up to 50% of the time, with occasional national travel as needed.
  • Industry Connections: Established network of C-suite executives within the senior living industry.
  • Expertise: In-depth understanding of HR priorities and challenges faced by senior living operators, as well as the critical connection between HR, labor management, and the financial performance of senior living or skilled nursing facilities.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, with a proactive approach to expanding your network.
  • Industry Presence: You are an ideal fit if you can walk into a senior living industry conference (e.g., NIC, LeadingAge, State Shows, etc.) and already have established connections with a significant portion of the attendees.
