Brand Manager – Prestige Consumer Healthcare (Tarrytown, NY – Hybrid)

About the Role:

This position requires working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, emphasizing collaborative teamwork. The Brand Manager will be responsible for:

  • Brand Plan Development: Collaborating with the SBM/Director to develop a plan that achieves company targets, including advertising, promotions, and research.
  • Program Management and Execution: Managing day-to-day logistics, timelines, budgets, and analysis.
  • New Product Development: Utilizing consumer insights to drive long-term brand growth and developing launch plans.
  • Social Media/Influencer Management: Leading strategy development and execution, including agency management and content review.
  • Market Analysis: Providing data analysis and insights on market trends and opportunities.
  • Business Forecasting/P&L Management: Generating volume forecasts and delivering results for the brand P&L.
  • Sales Support: Providing sales with presentation materials.
  • Margin Enhancement: Leading cross-functional teams to identify margin improvement areas.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of related work experience.

Location: Tarrytown, NY (Hybrid – Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite).

Salary Range: $125,000 – $140,000.
