Senior Brand Manager – Thrasio (Remote)

About the Role:

The Senior Brand Manager will own the P&L for multiple bedding brands and execute growth strategies across e-commerce (Amazon, marketplaces, DTC) and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the P&L for multiple bedding brands.
  • Partner with the Director, Bedding to set strategy and execute growth objectives.
  • Analyze retail metrics (revenue, profit, traffic, conversion, market share) to optimize performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and drive conversion (pricing, marketing, packaging, etc.).
  • Partner with Data Science, Marketing, Affiliate, and Influencer teams for pricing and performance marketing.
  • Create business plans outlining strategic opportunities, costs, timelines, and resources.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Partner with internal Brick & Mortar teams for retail launches.
  • Create and execute promotional calendars.
  • Partner with Buying/Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Data Science for sales forecasts and inventory management.
  • Be the voice of the customer, monitoring feedback and implementing changes.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of CPG experience growing brands across multiple channels (e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, DTC).
  • Proven results growing a category and expanding into new channels.
  • Experience owning a category P&L or multiple brand P&Ls.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and brand building skills.
  • Ability to develop strategies and think creatively.
  • Ability to build new processes.
  • Highly analytical self-starter with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to handle deadlines, prioritize work, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and transparency.

Compensation:

$115,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience). This position is eligible for short-term and long-term incentive compensation and benefits. Compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
