Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & New Business Development: Actively identify and target potential clients across diverse industries to create new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients by offering tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead sales discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to uncover new sales opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in new business development or lead generation, with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport, engage in impactful conversations, and effectively persuade clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Results-driven mindset with the capability to work independently and proactively take initiative.
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets with a dedicated focus on delivering results.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Skilled at assessing client needs and presenting strategic solutions that align with their business goals.
