Senior Brand Manager – Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc.

About the Role:

The Senior Brand Manager will elevate Cambrooke’s market reputation by developing strong analytical, strategic, and creative capabilities. Responsibilities include building the annual business plan, managing brand visual identities, and developing HCP and consumer communication. The ideal candidate will create compelling storytelling that drives engagement. This role also leads innovation/renovation projects and collaborates with Sales, Social Media, E-commerce, Creative Services, International Marketing, R&D, and Innovation teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop consumer-specific strategies to increase brand visibility and track performance.
  • Support marketing and sales teams in business plan development and implementation.
  • Understand customer/patient insights and execute marketing tactics.
  • Lead marketing plan execution (packaging, sales materials, digital content, trade shows).
  • Lead communication campaign development (ideation to execution), partnering with Regulatory and Medical Affairs.
  • Work with the Sales Team for program implementation.
  • Manage the annual brand budget and P&L.
  • Lead new innovation initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of Brand Management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in CPG or Healthcare.

Working Conditions:

Office environment, with occasional work in a food manufacturing environment requiring adherence to GMP, food safety, workplace safety, and security policies, including PPE. Full-time, standard working hours (Monday-Friday).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to use a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other tools. Ability to sit for up to 8 hours a day.
