Plant Controller – Manufacturing
We are partnering with a global manufacturing company seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and finance functions at a local facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, cost accounting, and strategic FP&A. This is a high-visibility role with significant growth potential within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with plant management to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee the month-end financial close process, ensuring accuracy across all financial statements.
- Prepare financial reporting packages to analyze the impact of current and future business decisions.
- Lead and support strategic projects and initiatives, focusing on financial analysis and cost-reduction strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- SAP experience is preferred.
