Assistant Marketing Manager – American Management Association (AMA)

The American Management Association (AMA), a global leader in management development, is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing team. This role will focus on growing our Artificial Intelligence (AI) product line (seminars, on-demand learning, events, panel discussions, webcasts, etc.) and other assigned offerings to achieve revenue goals. The position also involves researching, evaluating, and supporting partnerships and reseller relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Review marketing content.
  • Optimize course schedules.
  • Provide data analysis for strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with daily tasks to drive attendance and repeat business.
  • Grow the AI product line and other assigned offerings to meet revenue targets.
  • Research, evaluate, and support new and existing partnerships and reseller relationships.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or a related field (required).
  • 2+ years of marketing or related experience.
  • Experience in professional services marketing (preferred).
  • Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and its workplace applications (preferred).
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency).
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
