Ki Health Partners, LLC (dba New England Institute for Clinical Research) seeks a friendly, pleasant, and highly organized Marketing & Advertising Specialist to work closely with doctors, the CEO, managers, and staff. Strong customer service skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail are essential. This is a full-time, 5-day/week (Mon-Fri) position with pay commensurate with experience.

Job Summary:

This role involves analyzing and recommending marketing strategies, identifying appropriate social media channels, designing and executing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and implementing necessary changes. The specialist is responsible for all aspects of marketing and advertising for clinical research trials at multiple US sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify target demographics and trends.
  • Brand & Campaign Development: Maintain a strong brand identity and consistent messaging across all channels (digital, print, email, PR, community outreach).
  • Patient Engagement Strategies: Implement strategies to foster patient loyalty and retention.
  • Website & Social Media Management: Oversee multiple websites (user-friendly, informative, current, SEO optimized) and manage social media presence.
  • Public Relations: Build relationships with local media outlets for positive press coverage.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor key marketing metrics (website traffic, leads, conversions, ROI).
  • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to HIPAA, IRB, and other research marketing guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry (medical terminology, patient needs, trends).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and informed decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with owners and research directors.
