About the Job

Lamark Media, an integrated digital marketing firm, seeks a Paid Social Media Specialist to plan and execute paid social campaigns for D2C and B2B clients. We are driven by a philosophy of creating extraordinary marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns across major platforms.
  • Manage social media budgets, pacing, and monthly spend reconciliation.
  • Develop creative insights and optimizations (copy, headlines, CTA, A/B testing).
  • Buy and optimize media within Business Manager (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat).
  • Analyze and report on paid metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry updates and releases.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media ad campaigns and working directly in Facebook Business Manager.
  • Preferred experience with product catalogs and pixels.
  • 2-4 years of client communication and meeting deadlines.
  • Agency background preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of basic Google Analytics.
  • Ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solver mindset, attention to detail, and flawless execution.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong interest in advertising.
  • Team player, eager to learn, proactive, adaptable, and flexible.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends (if needed).
