Key Responsibilities of a Security Guard
- Enforce property rules, standards, and regulations professionally
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to monitor premises
- Manage access control and prevent unauthorized entry
- Respond to emergencies, administer first aid, CPR, or AED support
- De-escalate conflict situations using proven techniques
- Maintain incident reports and detailed logs
- Monitor CCTV systems and security threats
- Support emergency departments and high-risk situations
Who We’re Looking For
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
