About the Position:
The Social Media Specialist will manage and enhance our digital presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
- Engage with online communities and foster positive relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Track and report on social media trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
