    We’re looking for a curious and proactive data scientist with a passion for fintech, a strong grasp of customer behavior, and experience in building scalable solutions.

    • Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
      • 10+ years of experience in data science or product analytics, preferably in fintech, with expertise in predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and experimentation.
    • Strategic & Analytical Skills:

      • Ability to develop data-driven strategies that drive significant business growth and enhance customer value.
      • Strong hypothesis generation based on customer behavior, industry trends, and market dynamics, with a preference for experience in fintech or SMB sectors.
      • Experience designing and interpreting complex experiments beyond standard A/B testing methodologies.
      • Proven ability to build scalable, reusable analytics solutions that improve efficiency and reduce redundant work.
    • Communication & Collaboration:

      • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
      • Fast learner, adaptable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Technical Expertise:

      • Proficiency in advanced SQL and data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Plotly Dash.
      • Strong analytical and modeling capabilities using Python (leveraging libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn).
      • Familiarity with Linux/OS X command line, version control (Git), and general software development principles.
    • Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience tackling growth-related challenges in fintech, particularly within consumer or SMB markets.
      • Familiarity with Generative AI and other emerging technologies to extract insights from multi-modal data.
