Owensboro Racing & Gaming is a new $100 million entertainment complex coming to Owensboro, Kentucky. Located on a 20-acre site at the corner of US Highway 60 and Wrights Landing Road, it will feature 600 historical racing machines, a retail sportsbook, simulcast wagering, and dining options. This venue is projected to generate a $125 million annual regional economic impact and create over 200 construction and 200 permanent jobs. Dedicated to Kentucky’s horse racing history, Owensboro Racing & Gaming will support the sport through its profits, building on the success of Ellis Park and further contributing to a sustainable horse racing industry in the state.

Bartender – Owensboro Racing & Gaming

Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine and beer.
- Promote brands and products to increase sales, including promotional drinks and specials.
- Manage a cash drawer and process transactions using a POS system.
- Maintain a clean and attractive bar/workstation.
- Restock beverages, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
- Assist with inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Relevant bartending experience with strong knowledge of mixing alcoholic beverages.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
