Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Front Desk Operations
- Check in late arrivals and provide overnight front desk assistance.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain seamless communication between night and day teams through detailed handover reports.
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Perform nightly audits, balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions.
- Use OPERA PMS to manage reservations, billing, and reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
Security & Safety Management
- Conduct regular security checks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Handle emergency situations, coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise and motivate the night team to maintain high service standards.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure efficient night operations.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a management role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures.
- Proficiency in OPERA PMS or similar hotel reservation and billing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
