Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Front Desk Operations

• Check in late arrivals and provide overnight front desk assistance.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain seamless communication between night and day teams through detailed handover reports.

Financial & Administrative Duties

• Perform nightly audits, balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions.
• Use OPERA PMS to manage reservations, billing, and reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and resolve any accounting discrepancies.

Security & Safety Management

• Conduct regular security checks to ensure guest and property safety.
• Handle emergency situations, coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and motivate the night team to maintain high service standards.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure efficient night operations.
• Foster a positive work environment and lead by example.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures.
• Proficiency in OPERA PMS or similar hotel reservation and billing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
