Cleaning Supervisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations at our designated location. If you have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.
- Conduct staff training, including induction and refresher courses, to uphold efficiency and safety.
- Manage and allocate cleaning resources, ensuring all supplies and equipment are well-maintained.
- Liaise with building managers to address daily cleaning operations and resolve issues.
- Investigate and respond to complaints, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Plan and schedule periodic deep-cleaning tasks in collaboration with service users.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and workplace safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, inventory, and equipment usage.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Minimum of two years’ cleaning experience in a professional environment.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience supervising a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning machinery, health & safety protocols, and access control systems.
