About the Job

Market America | SHOP.COM, an e-commerce and marketing company, seeks an experienced Social Media Manager in the Greater Miami, FL area. This role focuses on managing the social media content for the company’s owner, implementing trends, measuring effectiveness, and working with influencers.

Responsibilities include planning and developing a content calendar for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn; using measurement tools to provide reports and insights; collaborating with marketing teams; responding to customers; and ensuring consistent messaging. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications include 4+ years of experience managing high-profile social media accounts (personal brand and/or e-commerce preferred), understanding of social media KPIs, intermediate Canva/Adobe Photoshop skills, intermediate mobile/desktop video editing skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with WordPress and SEO blog practices is also required.

The ideal candidate possesses strong multi-tasking abilities, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency with analytics tools, an eye for good design, and strong writing skills.

Up to 25% travel is required for conferences and events.
