Canopy Growth, a leading global cannabis and hemp company, seeks a dynamic and results-driven Territory Marketing Manager for the U.S. This role focuses on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing expertise, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset. This full-time position is based in California, USA, and reports to the Head of Marketing in Germany.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, creating promotional materials, partnering with the sales team, serving as a liaison between the U.S. sales team and global marketing, assisting the social media team with region-specific content, supporting event and trade show planning, conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing reports.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales marketing, business development, or a related field; proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and ABM execution; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a deep understanding of B2B customer needs; a strong background in content marketing; willingness to travel; strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; high initiative and self-motivation; and excellent communication and networking abilities.
