The Operations Project Manager II is responsible for managing a variety of cross-functional projects, including planning, risk management, and tracking activities, while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. V Shred is an online health and wellness business with complex projects spanning sales, marketing, digital platforms, operations, finance, supply chain, and external vendors. As part of our developing project management function, you will join a growing team of project and project managers supporting a range of initiatives across our business.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery within scope and time constraints.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, working closely with Technical Project Managers, Product, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure project success and alignment across the organization.
  • Partner with business owners, operational managers, and product managers to ensure that projects are adequately resourced and prioritized.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, tracking project and project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on status, progress, and overall delivery plans.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive problem-solving and implementing necessary course corrections.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution to drive high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement scalable project management processes that improve operational efficiency and support V Shred’s high-growth trajectory.

Core Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, leading complex, cross-functional projects in high-growth environments.
  • Strong experience overseeing Amazon Store operations.
  • Strong in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across functions.
  • Experience working in technology-driven environments is a plus.
