Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (must be completed by the start date).
- Proven ability to teach effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Preferred Qualifications (Not required but beneficial)
- Bachelor’s degree in youth development, education, or a closely related field.
- Experience working with youth programs, either as an employee or volunteer.
- Prior experience in 4-H programs or teaching.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and data management software.
- Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Experience with social media management.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
