Every Day, You Will:
- Lead your brand and cross-functional partners in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive both short-term success and long-term growth.
- Navigate uncertainty with agility, adapting to an evolving consumer and customer landscape to stay ahead.
- Develop your team—our brand managers play a key role in nurturing marketing talent. You will be responsible for coaching and elevating Assistant Brand Managers.
To Thrive in This Role, You Must:
- Have a deep understanding of modern brand-building within a fast-paced CPG environment. You can balance competing priorities and swiftly turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Possess strong financial acumen and know how to leverage key levers to manage and optimize your P&L for profitable growth.
- Demonstrate experience leading cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D, with the ability to influence both vertically and horizontally within the organization.
- Be hands-on and proactive, showcasing a strong bias for action and an ownership mentality.
- Maintain an enterprise mindset, understanding how your work contributes to and enhances broader company objectives.
- Stay curious—constantly seeking new opportunities, challenging the status quo, and exploring innovative ways to drive growth.
- Be an exceptional storyteller, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Have 5+ years of experience in brand management with increasing responsibility, or relevant experience. An MBA is preferred but not required.
