Qualifications

In this professional role, you’ll drive success by focusing on consumers and market needs while upholding safety, mutual respect, and human dignity. To thrive in this position, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with prior brand management experience, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • A proven track record of leading and managing high-performing brand marketing teams.
  • Strong P&L management experience, along with expertise in brand marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and various aspects of business operations, including manufacturing, product and technology development, and product supply.
  • A deep understanding of brand fundamentals, consumer insight development, and brand strategy execution.
  • Experience in concept and brief writing for product innovation, renovation, and commercial initiatives.
  • Ability to lead within a matrix organization, fostering collaboration across businesses and functions.
  • Proven experience managing agency partners on long-term projects.
  • A successful history of launching innovations in the market.
