Your Role as a Security Supervisor
As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee a team of security officers, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership: Guide security officers, ensuring they have proper training and support.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and maintain up-to-date training records.
- Performance Management: Conduct monthly KPIs, monitor performance, and handle absences.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce security policies, investigate incidents, and maintain health & safety standards.
- Resource Allocation: Work with the control team to optimize shift coverage.
- Equipment & Communication: Ensure all security equipment functions properly and maintain clear communication between teams.
Who We’re Looking For
- SIA Licence Holder (Essential)
- Full UK Clean Driving Licence
- Strong IT & Communication Skills
- Decision-Making & Time Management Abilities
