Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute compellingbrand and digital campaigns that align with our business objectives

● Support development of marketing messages based on regional strategies

● Efficientlylead and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and consistent updates to stakeholders.

● Manage theproduction, scheduling, and approval process for various communication mediums such as print and digital brochures, advertisements, event content, webpages, sales tools, digital campaign assets, and clinical materials.

● Facilitateproduction-level communication with external vendor/agency contacts, providing updates or creative feedback as needed.

● Ensure all materials comply with legal and regulatory standards. Implement and direct changes according to corporate brand guidelines, BU style guides, and regional ethics guidelines (e.g., EucoMed, AdvaMed).

● Proofread and edit materials, ensuring alignment with corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines, and trademark requirements.

● Handle incidental duties, including sourcing and managing digital assets, conducting research, undertaking special projects, and performing assigned brand-related tasks.

 

Additional Skills:

● Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a keen attention to detail.

● Proficiency inMS Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Solution-focused mindset with robust problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative abilities.

● Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in print and multimedia production preferred.

● Eagerness to learn about procedures and products through available resources.

● Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and within cross-functional team environments, building productive internal/external relationships.

● Commitment to adhering to all company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and environmental health & safety rules, while taking measures to prevent injuries and environmental pollution.

 

 

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field

* 1-2 years of experience required
