About the Job

Tarte Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead their organic social media strategy. This role involves developing high-impact campaigns, driving engagement, and growing brand awareness across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a strong understanding of social trends, analytics, and content performance. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, the Senior Social Media Manager will oversee daily platform management, lead a team, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities include leading social media strategy development and execution, overseeing the content calendar, driving content strategy, owning social reporting and analytics, leading social listening and trend forecasting, developing an influencer collaboration strategy, managing brand partnerships, mentoring the social media team, partnering with cross-functional teams, spearheading platform expansion, and ensuring brand voice consistency.

Requirements include 7+ years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle), a proven track record of successful social campaigns, strong leadership and team management skills, a deep understanding of social media analytics and algorithms, cross-functional collaboration skills, strong project management skills, excellent communication and copywriting skills, experience with content creation and video editing, and a passion for beauty and digital marketing.

The salary range is $110,000-$130,000, dependent on experience and education.
